What this covers
This policy explains what information Growth For Less collects when you use this website and our free marketing planning tool, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, people who take the assessment, people who submit managed-execution applications, and people who create an account.
Information you give us
- Assessment answers. Business details, customer economics, goals, current marketing, and priorities you enter into the quiz. These are stored locally on your device and, when you create an account or submit an application, on our servers.
- Contact details. Your name, email, phone number, and website when you unlock a plan, contact us, or apply for managed execution.
- Account details. Email address and password (stored hashed) if you sign up. We never see your password.
- Support messages. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Basic request information (IP address, browser, referring page, timestamps) used to keep the site running and prevent abuse.
- Product-usage events (page views, quiz starts, plan unlocks, application submissions) recorded so we can measure whether the tool is useful and improve it. We do not sell this data.
How we use your information
- To generate your marketing plan and send it to you.
- To review managed-execution applications and follow up with you by email.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and the tool.
- To answer support questions.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email to people who did not request it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the product — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that limit them to processing information on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep account information for as long as your account is active, plan submissions for as long as needed to service them plus a reasonable audit period, and product-usage events for a rolling window used for analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided.
- Delete your account, which removes your saved assessments and plans.
- Opt out of any non-essential email at any time using the link in the email.
Submit any of these through our privacy request form.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we make material changes we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
