This policy explains how Growth For Less handles business information submitted through the website. Do not submit homeowner names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, estimates, job details, payment-card information, account credentials, or other customer-level data through any public form.
Information we collect
Pipeline-scan requests may include a contact name, company, business email, phone, website, trade, CRM, approximate eligible-record count, average job-value range, and high-level notes. Fixed-price service requests include a company, work email, and selected service package. Operating-partner and independent sales-partner applications may include business contact information, partner type, client-count range, platforms, relevant business-sales or operating experience, and application notes. Support requests include an email, optional reference, and message. Hosting and security providers may process routine technical logs.
Anonymous funnel measurement
To understand whether the site is useful, we keep aggregate daily counters for a short allowlist of actions such as viewing an industry guide, opening the scan, calculating a scan result, opening the contact step, and submitting a request. These counters store only the date, event type, and total count. They do not store an IP address, user agent, cookie, session identifier, contact detail, scan input, or customer data. Hosting and security providers may separately process routine technical logs.
How we use information
- Evaluate pipeline-scan, fixed-price service, operating-partner, and independent sales-partner requests.
- Respond to the business inquiry and communicate about the selected service or requested program.
- Measure aggregate funnel performance without building visitor profiles.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and intake systems.
- Maintain records, prevent abuse, protect rights, and comply with law.
How we share information
We do not sell submitted inquiry information. We may share it with providers that host, secure, or support the website and business operations, subject to applicable restrictions. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Campaign and client data
The public website does not accept customer lists. If a qualified contractor, operating partner, and Growth For Less later agree to a recovery sprint, any customer-level access requires separate written agreements, approved systems, least-privilege controls, documented responsibilities, and the contractor's instructions. The contractor and operating partner remain responsible for the systems they control.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry, application, and support records as reasonably needed to evaluate requests, operate the program, maintain business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, or ask to stop non-essential communications, through the support form. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where transactions, security, disputes, or law require them.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
